Refitting of the first floor of the Eiffel Tower: demolition and reconstruction of the Eiffel and Ferrié pavilions and re-finishing of the pavilion housing the restaurant 58 Tour Eiffel.
Creation of new reception areas for the elevators, an open air Museographic itinerary in the peripheral gallery.
Programme: 200 seat multi-purpose theatre, boutique, restaurant, and museum space.
Environmental Approach: 4 windmills with vertical axes powering a turbine for drinking water and wastewater, rainwater catchment, LED lighting and solar panels on the pavilion roofs.
