Rehabilitation and construction of a real estate complex shops and offices.
One of the major challenges of the “Renaissance” project is to regenerate the existing building complex and to add to it, a contemporary architecture that will ensure spatial continuity
and functional with the old.
The environmental quality in the city, on the island scale, is between density and porosity.
